About the role
Key Responsibilities 1 Daily Bookkeeping: Fullownership of recording all expenses and transactions to ensure the companies are always "audit-ready. 2 Monthly Management Accounts: Must prepare and present comprehensive management accounts for both companies by the first week of every month. 3 Project Profitability Tracking: Use Zoho Books to generate detailed reports on the profitability of individual software and game development projects. 4 Resource Costing (ROI): Calculate the monthly cost of individual employees versus the revenue/value they bring in. 5 Banking: Manage all bank-related financials and requests. 6 Report Creation: Prepare reports for management to review (This can be automated by Zoho or any other third party) 7 Asset Inventory & Management: Establish and maintain a Fixed Asset Register for all hardware and furniture, ensuring every purchase is logged while managing depreciation schedules. (Preferably within Zoho Books) Technical Skills 1 Expert-Level Zoho Books: Candidates must have deep, hands-on experience with Zoho Books (specifically tagging, project modules. and custom reporting). 2 High Digital Literacy: This is a paperless, tech-first office. Candidates must be exceptionally fast with apps and browser-based tools. 3 Software Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and integrate with our existing stack (e.g. Zoho Bigin for CRM, HRM platforms). 4 Advanced Excel/ Google Sheets: For deep-dive data cleaning and custom financial modeling outside of Zoho
