Job summary A Digital Marketing Executive is required in Colombo to own day-to-day paid media, SEO and email activity for a growing portfolio of brands. This is a full-time role with a negotiable salary based on experience and results. You will be accountable for lead volume and cost per lead, so the job suits someone who enjoys being measured. Employment type: Full-time Experience required: 2+ years in digital marketing. Responsibilities - Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across awareness, traffic and lead objectives. - Manage Google Ads search, display and Performance Max campaigns within agreed budgets. - Execute on-page and technical SEO improvements and monitor keyword rankings. - Build and send email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists for relevance. - Drive lead generation through landing pages, forms and follow-up sequences. - Report weekly on spend, leads, cost per lead and conversion rate. Skills and qualifications - Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads. - Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google Search Console. - Comfortable with Google Analytics 4 and basic conversion tracking. - Copywriting ability for ads, emails and landing pages. - Degree or professional qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred.
