Job summary A Performance Marketing Executive is wanted in Colombo to run paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok with a sharp focus on return on ad spend. Employment type: Full-time Experience required: 2-4 years running paid campaigns. Responsibilities - Launch and scale Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns. - Build remarketing audiences and sequenced retargeting journeys. - Brief, test and iterate landing pages to lift conversion rate. - Run structured CRO experiments on headlines, offers and checkout flows. - Manage daily pacing so budgets are spent efficiently, not hurriedly. - Report on ROAS, CPA and revenue attribution for every active account. Skills and qualifications - Demonstrated experience managing meaningful monthly ad budgets. - Fluent with pixel, conversion API and event tracking setups. - Understanding of creative testing frameworks and audience layering. - Analytical mindset with strong spreadsheet skills. - Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is an advantage.
