Sustain branch profitability and growth by achieving individual and branch team targets on Fixed Deposits, Leasing, and Loans. Identify potential customers and enhance the quality of the client portfolio by maintaining strong and healthy relationships. Recommend facilities while ensuring the required credit and documentation standards of the company. Handle all operational and administrative activities of the branch and comply with the regulatory framework. Manage the branch while ensuring the development of team performance. Ensure prompt recovery of the branch portfolio to maintain credit quality.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 05 years of experience as a Branch Manager with a proven track record in managing a branch and its business.
- Resilient leadership skills to lead and achieve overall business targets, including the capture of new businesses.
- Academic/Professional exposure in the field of Marketing, Banking & Finance from a recognized institution.
- High level of computer literacy.
