Job summary We need a Marketing and Social Media Intern in Colombo who genuinely lives on TikTok and Reels and can turn that instinct into content for brands. This internship suits someone who already films, edits and posts for fun and now wants to do it professionally with direction and feedback. Allowance is negotiable. Employment type: Internship Experience required: No formal experience. A personal content page counts for a lot. Responsibilities - Script, shoot and edit short-form video for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts. - Write captions, hooks and hashtags that suit each platform. - Draft blog and website copy under the guidance of the content lead. - Help maintain a consistent brand tone, colour and voice across channels. - Support digital campaign rollouts with timely, on-trend content. - Track trends weekly and pitch at least two content ideas in every team meeting. Skills and qualifications - Confident using CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar mobile editing tools. - Strong content writing in English; bilingual writing is a bonus. - Understanding of branding basics and why consistency matters. - Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others who do. - Studying or recently finished a course in marketing, media or communication.
