Job summary A Marketing Intern is wanted in Colombo to join a busy marketing team and learn the craft properly rather than watch from the sidelines. This is a paid internship with a negotiable allowance, structured mentoring and a real seat at planning meetings. Responsibilities - Plan and schedule social media posts across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. - Create simple content in Canva, including captions, carousels and story graphics. - Support content creation for blogs, newsletters and product write-ups. - Carry out market research on competitors, pricing and audience behaviour. - Compile weekly performance summaries for the marketing lead. - Collaborate with designers, sales staff and the content team on live campaigns. Skills and qualifications - Following a degree, diploma or professional course in Marketing, Business or Media. - Comfortable with Canva and everyday social media platforms. - Clear written English; Sinhala or Tamil writing is an advantage. - Curious, organised and willing to ask questions. - Able to work on-site in Colombo for the internship period.
