About the role

About the role We are hiring a Graphic Designer in Colombo to lead the visual storytelling behind our social media, branding and marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site position with a negotiable salary based on your portfolio and experience. You will work alongside marketing strategists, copywriters and campaign managers to turn briefs into artwork that stops the scroll and strengthens brand recall across Sri Lankan audiences. Experience required: 2+ years in a design studio, agency or in-house marketing team. Key responsibilities - Design daily social media creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. - Build and extend brand identity systems including logos, colour palettes and typography rules. - Produce campaign key visuals and adapt them across every required size and placement. - Retouch product photography and prepare artwork for both screen and print output. - Maintain organised, correctly named source files so any team member can pick up a project. - Present concepts to internal stakeholders and refine work based on feedback. Required skills - Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills. - Confident with Canva for fast-turnaround social content. - Strong grasp of layout, colour theory, hierarchy and typography. - Ability to keep a consistent brand voice across many touchpoints. - Genuine creativity paired with the discipline to hit daily deadlines. Preferred qualifications - Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field. - Exposure to short-form video editing or animated social posts. - Working knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil typesetting.
