About the role

About the role We are looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer in Colombo who is equally comfortable with corporate branding and print production. This full-time role carries a negotiable salary and sits within the marketing department, supporting sales teams, retail partners and corporate communications with print-ready and on-brand collateral. Experience required: 3+ years with proven print and branding work. Key responsibilities - Design brochures, company profiles, annual reports and corporate presentations. - Create flyers, leaflets and direct mail pieces for regional campaigns. - Develop POS materials including standees, wobblers, shelf talkers and danglers. - Maintain and enforce the visual identity guidelines across all departments. - Coordinate directly with printers on paper stock, finishing and colour proofing. - Keep a version-controlled archive of all approved corporate artwork. Required skills - Expert Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills. - Solid print knowledge covering CMYK, spot colours, bleed and die-cut lines. - Strong typographic discipline for long-form corporate documents. - Ability to translate a marketing brief into a clear visual hierarchy. - Accuracy under pressure when print deadlines are fixed. Preferred qualifications - Degree or professional diploma in Graphic Design or Marketing Communications. - Prior experience with FMCG or retail POS rollouts. - Photography or product styling exposure.
